If your travel plans change and you need to cancel your package reservation, please consider the following policies:

  • Airline tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be reassigned to a different person or airline, except in case of passenger death.
  • Hotel and airport transfer reservations are subject to applicable penalties according to the day you request the cancellation.
  • Unless modifications are requested, all services are valid only on the specified date on the reservation voucher.
